Fractional Ownership!!! Fractional Ownership in Victoria is relatively new. An example of Frational Ownership is when a Developer takes a Condominium Development and instead of selling each single strata unit as an individual unit the Developer sells the unit in quarters. The allocation can be set up as the Developer wishes. Time Shares are a form of Fractional Ownership.
