Some things Tim would like too know about you and your home:

• what excited you most about your home,
• what do you think another Buyer would love about your home,
• where do you plan on moving when you sell your home
• what do you plan to net on the sale of your home
• if the home has any Patent or Latent defects,
• how old is your hot water tank,
• how old is your roof,
• current financing on the home,
• your current assessment and taxes,
• any construction done to the home with a required permit,
• to enjoy your Selling experience and to have "FUN"

There is much more that Tim will need to know about your wants and needs, so he will get into those questions in detail at the time of Marketing your home.

Part of Listing your home on the MLS system, which is one of the most comprehensive marketing tools Realtors have at their disposal, you will be asked to fill out a Property Condition Disclosure Statement.

You will need to initial in each box, and remember you should fill these Disclosures out to the best of your knowledge, if you do not know an answer, don't feel bad about answering with "I don't know", there is an option for that on the form.
